We’ll be celebrating our wedding on the Saturday, but if you’re traveling from abroad we recommend arriving at least the day before. If you’d like to turn it into a longer holiday, Altafulla is a wonderful place to do so. There’s plenty to enjoy — beach time, good food, a bit of history, and a really charming old town. It’s still under the radar, but well worth discovering.

If you’re turning the trip into a longer holiday and want to explore the area, renting a car could be a good idea. But if you’re just coming for the weekend, it’s not essential. A car might make the airport journey a bit easier, but there are also taxis and public transport options that can get you to Altafulla without much hassle.

Expect warm sunny weather (25-30°C) and long days with 9pm sunsets, evenings with mild temperatures (around 20°C). The sea is comfortably warm in July, perfect for swimming.

There won’t be a wedding registry. Your presence at our celebration is more than enough.
